Ghanaian rapper Guru, known in private life as Maradona Yeboah Adjei, is about to venture into real estate.

Hitmaker Lapaz Toyota has announced that he will build his “own city” which will be called NKZ City.

Guru who announced the new move on Friday February 12, 2021, said he had already acquired 20 acres of land in Adukrom-Abetema in the Eastern region.

“I have just acquired 20 acres of land in Adukrom-Abetema to build NKZ City,” he said.

In his social media post, Guru also indicated that he was “I’m not driving a flashy car right now because I have a whole city to build, so help me God. Sonata all day. “

Guru’s post was a video and a photo of himself with others in the field. While the video showed him standing with others, the video showed people clearing the land.

Guru’s new venture comes after his recent argument with Lynx Entertainment artist Kumai Eugene on social media.

Guru once complained that Kuami Eugene refused to collaborate with him on a song after making a request.

But in a recent response to Guru, Eugene revealed that he refused to sing with Guru because he did not respect his boss, Lynx CEO Richie Mensah.

Unhappy with Kuami Eugene’s response, Guru replied that the young man was not going to be on top forever.

In a lengthy post seen by YEN.com.gh, Guru stated that he never pleaded with Kuami Eugene for a blow as he is peddled, as he has many successes under his belt in the past.

An enraged guru reminded Kuami Eugene that he has been in the music business for 13 years and has had no less than 4 hit songs in a year.

Menawhile, Kuami Eugene said he wished Guru to resume production of 10 hit songs per year.

He and Guru were at each other’s throats over Guru’s offer to collaborate on a song.

Kuami Eugene refused on the grounds that Guru had previously disrespected his boss, Richie Mensah, of Lynx Entertainment.
