A woman shared the selfie her husband sent her while he was away, but she didn’t notice how happy he looked.
TikTok user @shesough said she spotted something in the photo that caused her to completely break up with him. She posted a video asking her followers if they noticed the same thing as she did.
“My husband sent me pictures trying to look cute in his casino suite, but I’ve noticed some weird things now that he’s single, can you guess what that is?” she wrote.
Commentators tried to guess what suspicious item she spotted in the photo.
“The hair straightener looks pretty chic,” one user wrote.
“You miss the fact that he doesn’t have a RING,” said another.
“Women’s body shower gel, contact solution (if he doesn’t have contacts ofc), Cetaphil green cap face wash (I think), straightener, comb,” guessed a third.
There have been a number of comments claiming that hotels sometimes come with hair straighteners, but several users have pointed out that these hair straighteners are often put away and should be taken out of a drawer for use – and they certainly wouldn’t. plugged in when it happened, like this one.
In a second video, @shesough provided an update.
“The very first thing I noticed when he sent me these two photos was of course the straightener… and the second thing I noticed… was the handbag on the floor,” she said. Explain.
She also said that when she confronted her husband, he said it was not her room, but that she had not bought it.
“I don’t think so … it’s just too sketchy,” @shesough said. “Why are you in someone else’s room taking pictures?”
Commentators offered to go find him and encouraged her to do more investigation, which she argued. Looks like there’s more to come from this story for sure.
