“Eating all of our vegetables is a task for many. Add to that, eating them raw without overcooking them and diminishing their properties is an impossible feat. So in this case, one of the best ways to get all the benefits of our raw veg / fruit (tomato is a fruit!) is to mix them together and enjoy a glass full of health benefits. One of my favorite juices is tomato celery juice which is a great source vitamin C and lycopene – an excellent antioxidant that can help fight several diseases. It is a fantastic immunity booster, great for the skin and anti-aging, ”she wrote on Instagram, next to recipe.
