However, knowingly attacking the judges of the Supreme Court for having applied the laws enshrined in the national constitution, the rules of procedure, the jurisprudence, the applauded court procedures and the best practices, in relation to the cases before them, feels l Ghanaian ignorance and utter stupidity.
How do you bring a lawsuit as a plaintiff, go to court for a hearing without submitting to the court credible, admissible and acceptable facts and evidence relevant to your case, but you still hope to win your case? How do you present in court unreliable witnesses who end up jeopardizing your case when subjected to cross-examination while on the witness stand?
When a party to a lawsuit proves to be so discreditingly disappointing by failing to meet their evidentiary burden of proof, but seeking to rely on the weakness of the defendant’s cause, and not on strength of hers, to win the case, what do you expect judge applying the relevant laws and procedures in place in such a case?
When the laws are rigorously enforced, as is known and stated in the statutes, to me it is only a fool with his mind darkened in absolute ignorance and bestiality who will utter statements in contradiction with the laws, their application and relevance. .
No matter how better and highly educated you are with chains of degrees and doctorates, no matter how wealthy you are, no matter where you stand in society, if you cannot understand and accept the simple true applications of the laws and their relevance for cases, then I’m afraid, you probably live on another planet, maybe a cuckoo cloud land (an absurdly overly optimistic state of fantasy), if you’re not rather engulfed in hallucinations .

In the civilized land of white men, the laws work so that citizens who know the consequences of breaking the laws do not foolishly dare to confront the Supreme Court justices on cases still pending before the court, unlike in Ghana. Therefore, all the loud talkers who talk about trash had better close their chatting boxes if they can’t tell the truth.
