The Supreme Court after nearly three months of sitting delivered its verdict on Thursday, March 4, on the 2020 electoral petition filed by the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama.
The seven-member panel of the Supreme Court justices, in a unanimous decision, dismissed the petition saying it was unfounded.
Chief Justice Anin Yeboah also explained that the court therefore found no reason to order a new execution of the 2020 elections.
