In the following, Eddie murphy Prince Akeem leads a happy life in Zamunda with his Coming to America honey, Lisa (Shari Headley) and his three daughters. But when he finds out that he could have a son, he didn’t know he lived in New York (Fowler), and that only a male heir can take control of the throne of Zamundan, Akeem and Semmi (Arsenio Room) set off on a trip to America to find out the truth.
