Moxie Director Amy Poehler introduced a new relief comic book character for her to star in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Captain marvelthe sister of. While Marvel is unlikely to recruit Poehler to turn the lasers on and off, there is certainly plenty of room for comedy icons to play in the MCU sandbox.
