Eric Kripke is releasing new posters for The Boys season 3 featuring Homelander and Queen Maeve encouraging fans to be respectful and positive.
Homelander and Maeve encourage good behavior The boys PSA Season 3 posters. Amazon Prime’s original hit series wrapped up its second season last year and filming for The boys season 3 started last month. The Season 2 finale ended with plenty of possibilities for Season 3, including Queen Maeve (Dominque McElligott) decision to blackmail Homelander (Antony Starr) over the first season’s aerial tragedy.
Queen Maeve had a personal mission to bring down Homelander in Season 2. Her motivation was to keep his girlfriend Elena (Nicola Correia-Damude) safe after Homelander threatened her life if Queen Maeve did not comply with his. requirements. Starlight (Erin Moriarty) then begged Queen Maeve to testify against Vought International to help take down Homelander in the Season 2 finale, but Queen Maeve initially refused. She later showed up in the middle of the fight between the Boys and Stormfront and saved Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), Ryan (Cameron Crovetti), Starlight and Elena from Homelander’s wrath by threatening to release the footage from the plane crash if Homelander did not leave them alone. Obviously, Homelander and Maeve will be the focus of Season 3 as they’re still at odds.

The boys showrunner Eric Kripke posted footage and photos from the Season 3 set to his Twitter page. Kripke’s latest post featured tongue-in-cheek PSA posters of Queen Maeve and Homelander encouraging people to be more respectful and positive. Check out the hilarious posters below.
Homelander’s poster is particularly hypocritical, given that he’s actually the most sadistic and indifferent character in the entire series. Queen Maeve is also not the best representative of her poster’s message, but she tends to make the right choice when the going is right, especially if it helps the love of her life, Elena. McElligott even said last year that she hopes Queen Maeve and Elena will reunite in Season 3. While a few mouth-watering bits of Season 3 have been released, any future beef between Homelander and Queen Maeve remains a mystery.
Know how things go The boys, things will likely get even bloodier from this point on. However, social satire has always been a big part of the series. Other marketing materials for Season 3, such as images of a pink gun show and posters for a universe Dawn of the Seven movie, prove that this type of satirical comedy will always be a big part of The boys season 3. The first two seasons managed to combine comedy and action perfectly, and these Season 3 posters hint that it will be a third time.
