Reports reaching YEN.com.gh revealed that a young man is battling police for allegedly killing his girlfriend at a hotel in Kokomlemle.

In a video seen by YEN.com.ghDeputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Effia Tenge revealed that Nima police made the arrest after a complaint was lodged by hotel management.
Isaac Mensah, 25, reportedly stayed at the hotel with his girlfriend on March 1, 2021, and left him the next day without returning to the hotel.
The hotel management, after smelling a stench in the room they occupied, broke into the room only for them to find the lifeless body of the lady on the bed.

She was delighted that the suspect, after committing the crime, locked the door to the room, took the lady’s phones, cashed money from her mobile wallet and sold one of her phones.
