Three tips for healthy eating
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
- Choose wholemeal bread, rice, pasta and potatoes
- Go low in fat, salt and sugar
Try to eat – at least – five servings of fruits and vegetables each day; one serving equals one handful.
Replace saturated fats (like butter) with unsaturated fats (like olive spread).
And also avoid adding salt to any of your cooking or having salt on the dinner table.
