Nalerigu-Gambaga MP Alhaji Seidu Issifu Baba has reportedly lost his son who was a student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

The MP’s son is believed to have died after being involved in a widely reported bloody accident on campus.

It will be recalled that a car accident occurred in KNUST on Saturday March 27, 2021, leaving two dead and three others seriously injured

As previously stated by YEN.com.gh, the driver of a private sedan was negotiating a sharp turn when he accidentally veered and hit a huge tree and killed the two students on the spot.

A report YEN.com.gh preview on MyNewsGH.com indicated that it is one of the two deceased students who happens to be Alhaji Baba’s son.

The deceased was in his final year as a medical student.

The report further stated that plans were being made by the NDC deputy and his family to bury the young man in accordance with Islamic customs.

In another sad news, Abraham Tetteh, the driver of the National Ambulance Service (NAS) who was killed in a robbery while on duty, was buried.

Tetteh was buried in Tsopoli Saglemi in the Greater Accra region on Saturday March 27, 2021, in an ambulance coffin.

The funeral comes nearly two months after Tetteh suffered from the unfortunate while carrying a woman in labor.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that Otumfuo Osei Tutu II held a burial ceremony for the late father of his wife Lady Julia Osei Tutu, Stephen Asare Amaning.
