Members of the LGBTQI community deny supporters of dey change profile pictures of dema plus red in solidarity with the campaign.
The organizers of #GhanaGetsBetter say “red in color of which Ghanaian flag dey inside represents the blood of the wana ancestors who give us.”
“Red also symbolizes the color for Ghanaian solemnity, protest, mourning,” they explain in the campaign.
Ghana arrests 22 suspected lesbians for Kwahu Obomeng

But Kwahu Obomeng den chief and elders say they are having a “ lesbian wedding, ” while attendees say it’s a “ birthday party. ”
