TOKYO, July 2 (Reuters) – Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike reiterated on Friday that a spectator ban for the next Olympics would be an option to consider if the coronavirus situation worsens.

Returning to work after her recent hospitalization for exhaustion, she apologized for her absence as the Games approached.
