President Akufo-Addo will begin his official two-day tour of the Savannah region on Sunday July 11. He will see to the commissioning and inspections of certain projects.
On the first day, the President will first pay a courtesy visit to Gonja’s Supreme Leader, Yagbonwura Tutumba Bore Essa II at his palace, inspect the Savannah Regional Government Office complex, and then visit Buipe in the district. central Gonja.
In Buipe, the President will pay a courtesy visit to Buipewura Abdulai Jinapor II and, later, commission the Buipe Accident and Emergency Hospital.
The president will end his official tour to Salaga in the East Gonja district with another courtesy visit to Kpembewura at his palace before commissioning the Salaga Astro-Turf project.
He will also inspect two road projects; The Bunjai -Fuculso road and the roads of the canton of Salaga.
