Is The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Coming on DVD and Blu-ray?

Disney Plus has extended the MCU to more TV shows. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is one of them, but will it come on DVD and Blu-ray.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is the second Marvel series to come to the MCU. It’s a limited series, setting up events for Phase 4.

Chances are, you want to add Marvel shows to your DVD collection. After all, don’t you want everything in one place? Don’t you want to be able to watch the shows whenever you want without a current subscription.

Will The Falcon and the Winter Soldier come on DVD and Blu-ray? Will there be a chance to add it to your collection?

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier likely won’t come on DVD and Blu-ray

There is bad news. According to Web Film, Marvel TV shows are unlikely to make their way to DVD and Blu-ray. Disney Plus does not plan to release any of them in this format.

It is not too surprising. After all, by putting the TV shows on DVD and Blu-ray, it takes people away from the streaming platform. Viewers will not keep their Disney Plus membership if they can obtain the content through other means.

Of course, we know that is not necessarily the case. We all have various TV shows on DVD and Blu-ray. We have our favorite movies in this format. However, we will continue to distribute them online and maintain various subscriptions. It’s just not something Disney is going to risk just yet.

Doesn’t mean we’ll never see The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on DVD in the future. The same applies to WandaVision and Loki. However, as of now, this is not happening.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is only available to stream on Disney Plus.
