Andy Samberg’s sitc0m is set to return for its eighth and final season on NBC with Netflix internationally due to getting the eighth season on schedule. Here’s when we wait Brooklyn nine-nine season 8 on Netflix internationally and why it is not available on Netflix US.

Created by Michael Schur and Dan Goor, the series originally started on Fox before pulling the rug underneath and eventually moving to NBC for seasons 6-8.

It has been a long wait between seasons 7 and 8 due to various issues, but the eighth season will finally start airing on August 12 and end in mid-September 2021. This is the show’s first time. airs during the summer and is ongoing. coincide with the Olympic Games. The series has also had many rewritten episodes due to the murder of George Floyd in 2020.

Why isn’t Brooklyn Nine-Nine on Netflix US?

Netflix failed to reclaim national streaming rights for Brooklyn nine-nine. These rights are exclusive to Hulu and Peacock Premium (it is not available on the free tier) with all 7 seasons streaming at the time of publication.

With the show coming to an end, however, it’s likely we’ll likely hear where the show’s long-term future is. Our best guess is that Peacock will continue to air the show with others who will potentially carry it alongside them as well.

When will Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 8 be on Netflix internationally?

As Unogs reports, more than 37 international regions of Netflix stream the show despite not being released as a Netflix original.

In most areas of Netflix you have followed the entire series from 2014 onwards. Netflix UK, for example, has fairly close new seasons each year. Most other regions also host the show on an annual basis, but differ slightly from region to region.

Season 7, for example, landed on Netflix UK in March 2021 while Netflix Canada got it in April 2021.

In the past three years (since the show moved to NBC), Netflix has gotten new seasons in the spring of the following year.

This should mean that we are seeing season 8 of Brooklyn nine-nine by March or April 2022 on Netflix outside the United States.

As this is the final season, it could happen sooner, but we’ll keep you posted on that.
