WASHINGTON, July 20 (Reuters) – NASA is encouraging the use of commercial companies for space missions after the successful flight of the Blue Origin capsule to the edge of space, the White House spokeswoman said on Tuesday, Jen Psaki.

Psaki also praised Wally Funk, 82, on the flight alongside billionaire Jeff Bezos, saying “she is America’s new darling.”
