Mr. Tuah-Yeboah recognized and appreciated the peaceful coexistence between Muslims and other religious sects in the country, and urged young Muslims to continue to show tolerance and refrain from unhealthy behavior that could tarnish the image. of the Islamic religion.

“Eid ul-Adha is an opportunity to remind mind of the ancient divine directive of ‘Ibrahim’ to offer his only son ‘Issa’ as a sacrificial lamb to Allah and which he obeyed,” said Alhaji Seidu, stressing the need for Muslims to show kindness, love and respect to each other.
“We must strive not to cheat and have bad relations with our neighbors because Islam disapproves of greed, selfishness and hatred,” he urged the Muslims.
Prayers of intercession were also offered for lasting peace and national progress, and sealed by the sacrifice of a ram.
