Anthony Mackie is expected to star in Captain America 4.

Anthony Mackie has struck a deal to star in a fourth installment of Marvel’s Captain America franchise, Deadline reported on Wednesday. Mackie assumed the role of Captain America in Disney Plus’ Falcon and Winter Soldier.
Marvel owner Disney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
In April, The Hollywood Reporter announced that Captain America 4 will be written by Malcom Spellman and Dalan Musson, who both worked on Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Spellman being the main writer and creator of the series.
