Baby Keem and his cousin Kendrick Lamar reunite for their new collaboration, “Family Ties”.
The pgLang artist took to Instagram to break the news, sharing a family photo featuring Keem and Lamar. Everyone else’s eyes are covered with a black stripe, similar to K-Dot’s good kid, MAAd town album cover, except for the two cousins. “Family ties Thursday // 9 p.m. PST,” Keem captioned. The next track featuring Cardo’s production was first featured in a promo clip that announced Keem’s addition to pgLang’s roster.
Keem recently teamed up with Travis Scott for the single “durag activity” in April and dropped out of the “no sense” solo cut in March. The two 2021 releases follow the ‘hooligans’ and ‘sons and critics’ of 2020, but a release date for The melodic blue remains to be confirmed.
