TikTok star Marissa ‘Digital Princxss’ Cloutier responded after her alleged passport photo went viral on social media following her arrest.
Digital Princxss is a TikToker, YouTuber and Twitch streamer who has attracted large audiences online. His TikTok has over two million subscribers and his Twitch page currently has over 60,000 subscribers.
She had previously gone viral for being sued by Nintendo for her old username, which was “Pokeprincxss”. The video she made on YouTube about the incident exploded, garnering more than 200,000 views.
Digitalprincxss changed its name from Pokeprincxss after a lawsuit by Nintendo.

According to court documents and a passport photo posted online on August 27, Digitalprincxss was reportedly arrested after leaving her child alone. The documents claim neighbors were concerned and authorities were called and from there an arrest was made.

After the arrest went viral, Digitalprincxss created a TikTok to respond to the situation, saying, “Hi guys, I just wanted to come here and say I see your comments, I see your concerns. I’m not trying to hide or avoid the situation. For those of you who know how legal things work legally, I am only allowed to say the same about it. “
She was released on the same day of the alleged arrest according to the documents, and her court follow-up date is said to be September 27.
