The Ministry of Information held a press briefing today.
The press was hosted by the Minister of the Sector, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and the Minister of Communication and Digitization, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful.
Ms. Owusu-Ekuful spoke about the latest developments in the country’s digitalization and communication systems.
Previously, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia had stressed that Ghana and other African countries should focus on building data-driven systems and economies through digitization for economic transformation.
He believes that the country is on the right track in its digitization campaign thanks to several initiatives put in place by the government.
