“Madame X”, a concert experience turned into a documentary, airs exclusively on Paramount + this week.

The film about Madonna’s performance in Lisbon, Portugal will be available to stream on Paramount + (free trial) on Friday, October 8. The images are from Madonna’s 2019 tour, just before the COVID-19 outbreak.

“Madame X,” according to MTV, “will feature behind-the-scenes clips of Madonna in action during the album tour,” and provide fans an exclusive experience with the iconic artist. Paramount + describes Madonna’s intrepid character on stage as Madame X, a “secret agent traveling the world, changing her identity, fighting for freedom and bringing light to dark places”.

The streaming service released previews of the film, showing Madonna’s elaborate set design and costumes.
