The concert will take place next June

Lenny Kravitz announced the details of a new show for 2019 at the O2 Arena in London.

The 54-year-old artist will play at the arena with a capacity of 20,000 seats on June 11, 2019 and the tickets will go on sale for the Friday, November 30 concert. You can purchase tickets for the event here when they go on sale.

Kravitz will tour to support his album "Raise Vibration" from 2018, which was very well received. He will also be supported by Corinne Bailey Rae and Brbad Against.

Kravitz recently revealed that he was often rejected by record companies early in his career because his music was "not black enough".

He said Variety: "I just knew that I was singing and playing my truth. It was a moment just after everyone in the music industry told me I could not do that kind of thing. I transmitted my music to the labels, and I got the whole "It's not black enough" [response].

"So, people were not in the music I was composing or did not know how to sell or market it. I was offered offers if I just wanted to change my music. I have never taken the case. I wanted to do my thing. "
