The film will capture the current show of the legendary musician on Broadway
The first trailer for the upcoming Netflix movie Springsteen at Broadway concert movie is out.
The special was filmed during Bruce Springsteen's current tour at Walter Kerr Theater in New York and will be available on the streaming platform from December 16, one day after the end of the Broadway show.
In the trailer, Springsteen shares anecdotes and anecdotes with the crowd, including how he met his band mate and wife Patti Scialfa in front of Stone Jersey's famous Stone Jersey, and his relationship with his Father. Springsteen at Broadway premiered at the theater in October 2017. It combines stories of the musician's autobiography 2016 Born to run and presents 15 of his most beloved songs throughout his career.
Fans will also enjoy the show from home in a different way. On December 14, a live album will be released, containing both the stories and songs included in the Broadway production.
Although the show generally followed the same structure and setlist every night, Springsteen changed things a little bit throughout the race. In June, he withdrew from the list to criticize Donald Trump and his "inhumane" immigration policy that aimed to separate thousands of children from their families. A month later, he surprised fans with an unexpected encore for the first time in the residency.
