That's the genius of the kids against the fairies in the new trailer 'Artemis Fowl'

Artemis Fowl, A sci-fi film about a genius of children fighting fairies, will be released in theaters next year.

Tuesday, Walt Disney Studios released a new Artemis Fowl trailer on YouTube, and its dark and mysterious plot blurs the boundaries between magic and reality. The release of the film is scheduled for August 9, 2019. The fans will have to wait a few months before seeing it.

Based on the popular book Artemis Fowl from Eoin Colfer, the film follows Artemis Fowl II, a very intelligent 12-year-old teenager, who tries to fight against a mighty race of fairies who might know where his father is.

Fowl, a descendant of Irish criminal brains, asks his Butler bodyguard to find an intoxicating fairy in Vietnam and seize The people's book, a book of religious fairies that could give clues about the disappearance of his father. After deciphering the book, Fowl and Butler went in search of a ritual place for the sacred fairies and ran into big problems along the way.
