Former CBS CEO Leslie Moonves has presented his case against CBS to binding arbitration, the company said in a statement filed Wednesday with the SEC. Moonves believes that he was falsely dismissed, although an investigation by the CAS Board of Directors found grounds for dismissal motivated.
