Hudson-Odoi was badociated with a move from Chelsea during this month.
Bayern Munich is the favorite to sign the teenager and several offers have been refused.
They presented a fourth bid worth about 35 million pounds last week, which Chelsea reportedly refused in recent days.
It is believed that Hudson-Odoi is attracted by the Bundesliga and the idea of playing football as a regular team after the success of other young English players in Germany this season.
Jadon Sancho played for Borussia Dortmund while Reiss Nelson, on loan from Arsenal, impressed Hoffenheim.
Hudson-Odoi has played in Chelsea's last three games, including two starts against Nottingham Forest and Tottenham.
Sheth says that although recently selected by Sarri, the winger still wants to leave.
But it also seems to suggest that Hudson-Odoi stays at least until the end of the season, as Sarri tries to extend his contract.
"What about departures at Chelsea?" Said Sheth to Sky sports New.
"Now, despite the short time, it seems that the preference of Calllum Hudson-Odoi remains at Bayern Munich.
"Bayern's fourth bid was £ 35 million for a player who did not start in the Premier League and who is in the last 18 months of his contract.
"Chelsea is desperate to keep it however.
"You will think that it [Sarri] will use the next five months to try to convince Hudson-Odoi that Stamford Bridge is the place for him. "
Hudson-Odoi has made nine total appearances for Chelsea this season.
His first goal for the club was the victory in the Europa League on PAOK Thessaloniki in November.
Chelsea is back in action in the Premier League this Saturday during his visit to Arsenal (17:30).
