After declining an offer to become a WWE producer, it appears that Dolph Ziggler is leaving the WWE, according to PWInsider.
Ziggler has completely removed the name "Dolph Ziggler" from his social media accounts and is scheduled for an upcoming comedy tour. Some sources tell PWInsider that it remains under contract with WWE. While some have denied that he is leaving the company, others suggest that he will have finished Jan. 31.
Ziggler has expressed frustration over the years with his position in society. During an appearance on the Edge & Christian podcast at the end of December, Ziggler described his role as "guardian" and NXT finite talent.
"My job of making someone who should be ready for a world title picture becomes more difficult and it's not so much jostling and if you see the last six months, a year of television, basically, I am a guardian for the guys from NXT they expect a lot, but if I lose for eight consecutive months before they show up, they no longer get that pat on the back to go up a notch, so I almost feel like it 's come back from my role, "Ziggler said. So, I do not know what the change would be, either to change things, to disappear here and there, or, I told the boss many times, I go, & # 39; made a career out of almost never winning, which is great, "but I'm going", at some point, I have to be considered someone who can win, not just pulling a needle from a boot hay or a lottery balloon saying tonight will finally be the night because then it loses all its luster.
"Victories and losses count only if you're the guy who loses every night, and if you're that guy, then maybe you should be in the dark, do not fight to see who's becoming champion. Every night, and even if you pull that hat rabbit, people know it's not long-term. "
Ziggler has not appeared on WWE television since the end of last month when he lost to Drew McIntyre in a steel cage match on GROSS and he would not have been on the road with WWE in recent weeks. We will keep you informed of additional details regarding Ziggler's WWE status.
As we have already pointed out, Maria and Mike Kanellis, of The Revival, recently requested their release from the company. At the time of writing these lines, no versions have been granted.
