Gonzalo Higuain is "below his best" and will struggle to reach the pace of what is expected of the Premier League, according to Paul Merson.
Chelsea has accepted a loan agreement for the Argentine striker while Maurizio Sarri is anxiously looking to strengthen the claims of his team on a place in the top four.

"He will not have time to adjust either, because he needs to get to work, because Chelsea needs someone to play his center role.
"I prefer someone who has already played in the Premier League and who knows what this league requires."
