Ken Agyapong 34532 Anas' lawyer wants Kennedy Agyapong to be questioned about the murder of Ahmed

The clandestine journalist's lawyer, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, has asked that Kennedy Agyapong be questioned following the murder of Ahmed Hussein-Suale, a key journalist's partner.

Kissi Agyebeng said Thursday at Joy FM's Super Morning Show that public incitement against the MP for Assin against Ahmed can not be ignored when an investigation into the murder is opened.

"He invited the world to hit him and said that he was going to pay for it and now he [Ahmed] was killed … he has questions to answer, "said Mr. Agyebeng, the host, Daniel Dadzie.

Agyebeng said that for strategic reasons, he could not disclose the next plan of action for Anas and his team PI Tiger Eye, but they certainly enhance security.

He added that Ahmed's family had been informed of his death.

Ahmed Hussein-Suale was killed Wednesday night in Madina, capital Accra, as he was driving home. He was hit twice in the chest and once in the neck, according to reports.

Anas Aremeyaw went on Twitter to praise her colleague and noted that the team would not be deterred in the fight against corruption.

What binds Kennedy Agyapong to the attack?

In June 2018, Anas and the Tiger Eye PI team released their latest documentary Number 12, which revealed the rottenness of football in Ghana.

The documentary has deeply shaken the fraternity of football. Kwesi Nyantakyi, then president of the Ghana Football Federation, was the main person in charge of the film.

Nyantakyi has since been banned for life from all football-related activities by FIFA, the world governing body of football.

But one of the men who strongly criticized the methods used by Anas and his team is Assin Central MP Kennedy Agyapong.

He published a response video at number 12 titled "Who Watches The Watchman".

Mr. Agyapong then shared photos of Ahmed who he said was an Anas partner. He described him as a bad boy and called on the public to attack him. He will pay for this attack.

Reacting to this, Lawyer Kissi expressed his disgust at the fact that Mr. Agyapong was to remain free for such incentives.

"Nobody asked questions, everyone looked," he lamented.
