Levante President Quico Catalan confirmed that the club would complain to the RFEF that Barcelona would line up an ineligible formation for the first leg of their clash at the Copa del Rey.
The complaint concerns Chumi from the first match and on the belief that he should have been suspended.
The deadline for filing complaints has long pbaded, but Catalan has announced its intention to forward the case to the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).
"It is not an easy situation, as sportsmen like us, we prefer to win such situations on the ground," he said.
"Whatever happens on the field, Levante will forward the situation to the Federation tomorrow."
