A man was filmed jumping from the 11th floor of a cruise ship in order to become famous.
But since he made the stunt, Nick Naydev could be sued by Royal Caribbean.
The company has also banned 27 year olds from ever boarding any of their ships.
The young man from Washington, USA, jumps from the ship Symphony of the Seas while moored.
The video shows him climbing onto the railing of a cabin balcony while his friends laugh in the background.
He is then seen jumping from the balcony of his room on the eleventh bridge.
It lands more than 100 feet under the water.
Naydev has uploaded the video to his Instagram account in the hope of becoming viral.
Since the clip was released on January 12, it has been viewed more than 100,000 times.
Naydev wrote to his Instagram followers that he was intoxicated at the time.
He wrote: "I was still drunk the night before.
"When I woke up, I just decided to jump."
He added that he had "never felt more alive" but had also felt uncomfortable after hitting the water.
Naydev added, "I could barely walk for 3 days and I could barely sleep because of the pain, I'm fine now."
The thrill enthusiast was removed from the water by a small boat, then brought back to the boat.
Security officials then ordered him to collect his belongings and leave.
Royal Caribbean has banned Naydev and his lifelong friends from calling his actions "stupid and reckless".
A spokesman for Royal Caribbean said: "It was stupid and imprudent behavior and he and his companions were forbidden to sail with us again.
"We are investigating lawsuits."
