Thomas Partey, Atletico Madrid
Thomas Partey and Emmanuel Boateng are the only footballers on the list of the 50 most influential Ghanaians in 2018.
The list compiled by ghavancemedia.org recognizes young Ghanaians, who work hard to raise the black star and also have an influence on the country's inhabitants.
Partey, who plays for Atletico Madrid, finished fifth on the list, ahead of popular musicians Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
While the Levante striker was ranked 48th.
Both players had an excellent year in 2018, especially for Partey, who won two trophies with Atletico Madrid.
Boateng, meanwhile, made the headlines to become the first player to score a hat trick against Barcelona in Liga since Diego Forlan in 2005.
He was also the first to score against Barcelona and Real Madrid in the same season.
