That's what ESPN FC's pundit and former Arsenal forward Paul Mariner are saying.
Barcelona is one of the clubs linked to Morata's signing this month.
The other giants of La Liga, Atletico Madrid, would also be enthusiastic, alongside Sevilla and AC Milan.
Morata has lost Chelsea's favor since Maurizio Sarri took office.
The Spaniard has never really lived up to the promises of his arrival at Real Madrid £ 57 million in 2017.
Mariner admits he was a fan of Morata during his years at Bernabeu and Juventus.
And he thinks a move to Barcelona would be a good way to end his stay in England once Higuain has been confirmed as a Chelsea player.
"Well, look at Juve and Real Madrid, I thought it was great," said Mariner.
"I thought it would be the solution for Chelsea. It did not happen.
"I think he's a little fragile mentally.
"Would have [joining Barcelona] to work for him if Higuain arrives?
"Yes, go in, I say it's a success."
According to Express Sport, Higuain is expected to travel to London on Friday morning.
He will then undergo a medical examination and define the terms of his loan agreement.
Higuain must be signed before noon on Friday to be able to play this weekend.
Chelsea will visit Arsenal, one of the top four rivals, on Saturday (5:30 pm).
A win would extend the Blues' lead over the Gunners by nine points.
