We are in less than three weeks of the New Year, but Jane Doe could already use a vacation.
On the heels of last week Blind spot episode, in which Jane took a painful (but extremely well played!) trip into her own brain to defeat Remi, she should probably be recovering at home in the near future. But, as we see in our exclusive preview tonight (NBC, 8/7 c), Jane is already back at the FBI headquarters and she is not sure how to proceed in a post-Remi world.
"It's like I've been awake from this nightmare where I've seen myself doing awful things to people I love," Jane tells Weller in the video above. "Except it was not a nightmare, it really happened."
And if Jane's mind was not sufficiently troubled by Remi's old memories, she is still weighed down by persistent headaches due to the poisoning of the ZIP and to the immense Guilt of what she did when Remi controlled her body – gestures for which she was already forgiven her FBI teammates.
"Zapata just went through the FBI with chains," recalls Jane to her husband. "She was part of this team as much as me. Why should I receive special treatment?
