US Senator Angus King says he's treating what he calls a residual prostate cancer. (WGME)
PORTLAND (WGME) – US Senator Angus King said he was suffering from what he called residual prostate cancer.
In 2015, Senator King had prostate surgery because of cancer.
King says he will undergo radiation therapy five days a week over the next two months. He calls the treatment "maintenance" and says that he will not miss a vote or a meeting because of the treatments.
