Portia Agyemang, budding budding musician, urged gospel music lovers to be wary of her songs that will officially be on the market this year.

The songwriter who has been singing at the church since his childhood says that everything is ready for the release of his first album, "Aseda" in the first half of 2019.

The album contains nine songs including "W'amma me anwu", "M'ehye wo anounyam", "Yesu di me kan" and "Me werenfi w'aseda no".

The video for "W'amma me anwu" was shot and broadcast on YouTube last year.

To prepare the launch of the album, Portia made appearances in live praise programs of various television and radio stations.

Recounting the story of her life, she said that she started singing in a group of children in her hometown when she was young, but that she ended up ignoring the music.

However, the music found her when she became a member of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, of the Ramseyer congregation, in Taifa a few years ago.

"I stopped singing for a while, but it seemed to me that God gave me the talent for a purpose. I must use it for his glory, because I can do it only in my lifetime.

She is the lead singer of the church's youth singing group, Fragrance of Life, and says that glory will not take her out of the band.

Portia, who currently runs a shop at Dome, revealed that she did not have a producer yet but believed that God would always take his place with or without.

She asks all gospel music lovers to pray for her so that she can grow in ministry and produce more catchy songs over the years.
