A leader lives according to the laws of team work
The ability to lead shows that a person is a leader.
A leader has supporters. A leader is able to lead or guide a group of people.
The strength of a leader also lies in his ability to work together with the individuals he directs.
A group is stronger and able to achieve much more than an individual.
Jesus Christ worked with and directed different groups of workers.

These different groups have realized different amazing things that have helped the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus had the 12 apostles who were with him and whom he sent.
"And he commanded them to be with him and that he would send them to preach, and that he had the power to heal diseases and cast out demons" (Mark 3: 13-15). This group of 12 is even recognized in paradise.
The power of the team did not stop on the ground!
Jesus had a group of 70. "After that, the Lord appointed another 70 and sent them two and two before his face in every city and place where he would come" (Luke 10: 1).
He also gave this group the power to preach, heal the sick, and cast out evil spirits.
This group returned from mission with amazing testimonials. "And the seventy came again with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us by your name" (Luke 10:17).
Then there was the group of 120 people who continued to pray in the upper room of Jerusalem after Jesus ascended to heaven. This group included the apostles, the women, the mother of Jesus and his brothers.
"And they returned to Jerusalem from the mountain called Olivet, which goes out from Jerusalem on the sabbath day.
And when they had come in, they went up into the upper room, where Peter and James dwelt, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James, the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zealotes, and Judas the brother. from James.
These all continued with an agreement of prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary, the mother of Jesus, and with her brothers.

Laws of Teamwork
1. The manager ensures that all members of the team know what he is trying to do.
When people understand what you are trying to do, it helps them to integrate the vision and work with all their might.

It gives them control of the sections that have been delegated to them.
5. Give a lot of praise and recognition to the members of your team in public.
If you want someone to repeat something good, congratulate him for this thing.
6. Give criticism and reprimand your people privately. As a team leader, your criticism must be constructive.
If you want to correct someone, do not do it in front of his subordinates. This will weaken their position of authority in the eyes of their subordinates.
7. As team leader, accept responsibility for everything and everything that is wrong. Take the blame and share the glory. It's one of the outstanding traits of a good leader.
8. Do not complain or condemn members of your team. One of the ways to strengthen a team is to not condemn the team members. This helps the team build relationships and make feats.
Forgive and forget the mistakes of the members of the team.
It makes such a difference!
9. Always decide to give advice on how to do things better.
A leader can ensure teamwork by consciously giving advice on how to improve the work. In doing so, the group is able to do things better.
10. Treat everyone as very important. When you see someone who does not look important, be nice to them.
They may not seem important but treat them as important. This encourages them to do their best.
11. Reposition and move people until they are in the place where they work best.
It's a marvel to see people what they do best.
On the other hand, it is very frustrating to see people unable to succeed because they are misplaced.
A well placed team is a marvel when she gets to work.
12. Give people jobs according to their personalities. Some people are cheerful and cheerful, others are morose and strict. There is a type of work that suits each person.
Do not take individual personalities for granted. Use it to advantage!
A leader is able to accomplish great feats through the people with whom he works.
Teamwork contributes greatly to the work of these different groups of people.

In fact, the Bible is so clear about the great fruit of teamwork.
