At a time when lifestyle-related illnesses are on the rise, it becomes important to understand and eradicate risk factors, especially if you have a family history of heart disease.

Anjali Malhotra, Marketing Manager and Digital Leader at Aviva Life has listed five smart solutions to prevent heart problems in today 's active lifestyle.

The findings, published in the journal Personal Relationships, suggest that couples who create humor together – including jokes – are more likely to last.

But, that does not mean that people who are funny or can make a joke of any kind would be luckier in love.

"If you share a sense of what is funny, it tells you and baderts your relationship with laughter," said Hall, quoted by Daily Mail.

However, couples should not go too far, warned Hall.

Importantly, having a sense of aggressive humor is a bad sign for the relationship in general, but it is worse if this style of humor is used in the relationship, the study noted.
