The Duke of Cambridge should soon badume the role of Charles when he will be crowned King of England. And the father of three, William, is already preparing to acquire the property of a billion pounds from his father, the Duchy of Cornwall, according to the Daily Star Online. William attended two very secret meetings this month. It seems that the prince is making great strides so that the role of his father progresses. Prince Charles, the present Duke of Cornwall, will hand over his property to William when he becomes King of England.
The Duchy of Cornwall is a private property created by Edward III in 1337 in order to provide an independent income to his son and heir to the throne, Prince Edward.
Today, the estate has a large number of properties and properties in the United Kingdom, extending over more than 200,000 hectares in more than 23 counties.
Prince William will soon become the Duke of Cornwall, a title attributed to the monarch's eldest son, and will inherit possession of the Duchy – including the 1-billion-pound estate of Charles.
Charles generated £ 20.5 million from the estate last year, the Daily Star Online reported.
According to the circular of the Court, William attended a meeting held in October at Charles's Clarence House.
However, William has since attended two other meetings – one on November 1 at Clarence House and another at the Duchy's headquarters near Buckingham Palace on November 27.
This is the largest number of meetings attended by the Duke of Cambridge on matters concerning the Duchy.
He attended a meeting of the Duchy in 2011 and two in 2017, according to the circular of the Court.
Charlie Proctor, editor of Royal Central, had already told Daily Star Online: "Just as Prince Charles prepares to become king, William is already preparing to become the Prince of Wales, ready to badume the tasks and responsibilities that He will have to badume.
"For example, William recently left his job as an air ambulance pilot to become a full-time royal. As time goes by, his presence becomes more and more important, which means that he has to devote all his time working to royal duties.
"I think it's important to say that, just like his father, William is also preparing to become king. There is no chance that William will be Prince of Wales for more than 60 years.
"As such, he must also learn the tricks of the trade because his time on the throne may arrive sooner rather than later.
"William is preparing to become Prince of Wales and King in the performance of his current duties second to rank on the throne.
"He defends the causes that interest him, organizes meetings and hearings with various groups, and is advised by senior advisers."
