Scott McTominay signed a new deal at Manchester United.
The defender signed new terms until the summer of 2023 with an option of an additional year.
Scottish international McTominay said: "Manchester United has been my life since the age of five and playing for the club I have always supported is everything I've always wanted to do .
"I am still young and I learn all the time from the manager, his team of coaches and the world clbad players of the team.
"I look forward to continuing my progress in this great club."
McTominay, 22, has played 33 times in all competitions for the Red Devils in his fledgling career.
He played 23 times last season but has only played eight games this season.
Although born in England, McTominay chose to represent Scotland on the international scene and has already played five times.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, United's acting boss, said: "Scott has been a part of the club since he was young, he has progressed in our ranks at the Academy and has made tremendous progress in recent years.
"Scott is a young midfielder and is constantly improving. He's a smart player and he wants to learn all the time.
"I am delighted that he has signed a new contract and there is no doubt that he has a bright future ahead of him."
