George Opare Addo, the national youth organizer of the National Democratic Congress, led a crowd of poor young people from all over Ayawaso West Wuguon to march in their constituency.

The march that drew leaders and party members was dubbed 'Walk 4 Victory', a project of the National Youth Wing intended to win the vacant Parliament seat for the NDC at Ayawaso West.

Addressing party supporters gathered at the JHS Bawaleshie School Park, Mr. Opare Addo was nicknamed Pablo, the NDC is the only party determined to expand the constituency and called for an end to 22 years of control of the NPP on this seat.

"This by-election is an opportunity for us to take back the seat of Ayawaso West to an incompetent and incompetent NPP, and for 22 years they have done little to develop the constituency. you see are past NDC initiatives The NPP only uses this riding as a cash cow for the votes, "he said.

Crowds of cheering voters and loyal parties have made their way through the main streets of the constituency. The procession from the last Bawaleshie JHS Park pbaded through Ouagadougou Avenue; Lagos Avenue up to Boundary Road. The Walk then crossed Mempeasem Township, then the Chief's Palace, Trinity Road, the Legon Hospital Road and the Staff Village. The march entered its final stretch when it crossed the main Legon Road and joined the Bawaleshie Road, returning to the Bawaleshie JHS School Park, where it all began.

In his speech to his many supporters, the candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Delali Kwasi Brempong, expressed gratitude to the many people who showed their love. He is committed to promoting the development of his constituency when he is elected to the House of Commons.

The event, which generated a lot of sympathy, also received the speech of the party's national leaders who badured the people of Ayawaso West that the NDC was committed to creating more jobs and to promote the socio-economic development of all Ghanaians.

The Walk for Victory program was organized by the NDC's National Youth Wing under the leadership of George Opare Addo, National Youth Organizer. The event aimed to mobilize youth from the constituency and the party so that they campaign for the NDC's victory in the next election.

The headquarters of Ayawso West Wuogon became vacant after incumbent MP Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko kicked the bucket after a long illness. The Ghana Electoral Commission declared the seat vacant and scheduled a by-election on 31 January in accordance with the law.
