Chris Brown arrested in Paris on rape allegations
Singer Chris Brown has been arrested in Paris on charges of aggravated rape and drug abuse, French court source told CNN.

The singer has had several conflicts with the law, including charges of physical badault following an incident with his girlfriend of the time, Rihanna, in 2009. He was charged with badault and to have uttered criminal threats.
More recently, prior to the Paris incident, Brown had been arrested after a concert held in July under the battery charge prosecution following an incident in April 2017 in which he was charged to have hit a man who photographed him without permission.
He was released after filing a $ 2,000 bail, pleaded not guilty at a subsequent hearing and is awaiting trial.

In 2013, Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony crime after an alleged altercation outside a hotel in Washington, DC.
Later in the year, Brown was deported from a rehab center after breaking his mother 's car window during a family sitting. A judge ordered him to immediately participate in another rehabilitation program.
In March 2014, he was the victim of a probation offense for being expelled from the rehabilitation center and a judge put him in jail. In May of this year, while he was still incarcerated, he pleaded guilty to a breach of probation arising from the Washington fight.
