According to French prosecutors, Chris Brown was released from the French prison without being charged after the 29-year-old singer was charged with rape.
Brown was released alongside two other people Tuesday night in Paris, following a rape complaint filed by a woman, according to city officials.
He was initially arrested earlier in the day, facing aggravated rape and drug charges.

La mannequin a déclaré qu'elle avait rencontré Brown la semaine dernière dans un night-club des Champs-Élysées et qu'ils avaient été présentés par un ami.
Elle a ensuite confié au magazine French Closer qu'elle se sentait "très effrayée" lorsqu'elle aurait été violée dans une chambre d'hôtel où elle l'avait emmenée.

La chambre d'hôtel a été qualifiée de "chaotique" cette nuit-là et le mannequin a indiqué qu'il y avait environ 15 femmes.
Brown n'a pas encore commenté les accusations portées contre lui.
