The 23-year-old had been banned from training by manager Claudio Ranieri, but he arrived on Monday to discuss his future.
Fulham striker Aboubakar Kamara was arrested on Monday on suspicion of bodily harm after a fight on the Motspur Park club's training ground.
The altercation involved the 23-year-old man and an individual suspected of being a staff member on the site, and led to the police's appeal.
According to the Daily Mail, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said, "The police were called to a training ground in New Malden shortly after 5 pm on Monday, January 21, to report fights.
"The officers attended. A man, about twenty years old, was arrested on suspicion of ABH and criminal damages.
"He was taken into custody at a police station in South London. The investigations continue.
Kamara was excluded from the first team formation by Claudio Ranieri, coach of Fulham, who ordered him to train with the under-23s, having not played since the defeat against Arsenal on New Year's Day.
It is thought that he went to Motspur Park on Monday to discuss his future with club leaders.
In a Fulham statement, it reads: "The club is grateful for the quick attention and action of the Metropolitan Police who immediately followed the report of Monday's incident.

Earlier this month, Kamara had a fight with teammate Aleksandar Mitrovic during a yoga session. Both players should have been "separated" because they were "slain against each other".
The incident came a few months after Mitrovic and Kamara clashed on the pitch, with the latter refusing to give the ball to Mitrovic after being penalized by a penalty in Huddersfield's defeat in December.

Frenchman Kamara, who joined Fulham in summer 2017 from Amiens, is expected to leave Craven Cottage this month. A move to Turkey has been mentioned and could be finalized before the closure of the transfer window.
His last appearance in the West London club took place on New Year's Day. Kamara lost in a 4-1 defeat at Emirates Stadium in Arsenal. This will probably be his last act in Fulham shirt.
