If Jiren joins the playable list of Dragon Ball FighterZ, how could he play?

Pure brute force, but nothing extremely unorthodox

No

It seems more and more that Jiren will be one of the first fighters revealed in a season 2 training of Dragon Ball FighterZ. During the Power Arc tournament, Jiren was the main antagonist and is one of the most powerful characters in the series.

It was briefly suggested that Belmod, the god of the destruction of the universe 11, was actually more powerful than Beerus, the god of the destruction of the universe 7. What made Jiren so special, it was that he was considered stronger than the god of the destruction of his universe.

Among the characters playable in Dragon Ball FighterZ, we can say that Beerus is canonically the strongest at this time. Ironically, he is often considered one of the weakest fighters of the game at a competitive level.

If Jiren were to join the list, he would consider the title of Beerus as the most powerful fighter that is playable with respect to the gun. Although Whis is present during the introduction animation of Beerus, it is not actually playable. Obviously, the canonical power level of a character does not do anything about his strength at stake.

So, how would Jiren play in Dragon Ball FighterZ if he were to join the fight? Let's take a look at everything he brings to the table.

First of all, it should be noted that, while Jiren is exceptionally powerful, his fighting style is extremely basic and bare. In combat, his attacks are usually composed of punches and standard kicks.

In fact, he has never really demonstrated the use of unorthodox fighting techniques and abilities. In other words, he is faster and stronger than everyone else at the beginning of the Power Tournament, so he does not need to do anything particularly sophisticated.

"First of all, it's worth noting that while Jiren is exceptionally powerful, his combat style is extremely basic and bare, and his attacks are usually made up of clbadic punches and feet."

It's not as if Jiren had an attack like Frieza's death rays or Majin Buu's candy processing radius. Interestingly enough, he is also one of the few main antagonists of Dragon Ball Z not to undergo transformation that completes his power.

Two of his skirmishes against his opponents would end immediately after Jiren hit them once. Jiren has spent most of the tournament doing nothing.

Once he begins to show the real extent of his power, a big problem is made about a long-term attack that he performs. For Jiren, it was essentially a simple punch rather than a secret technique.

The force and pressure exerted by him to extend his first striker was so great that the wind was causing damage from a distance. I imagine it may be so that he can lead remote attacks in Dragon Ball FighterZ with the special button.

He also has a kind of glare attack that makes his eyes shine. Then, the opponents caught in the attack are bombarded by hundreds of punches and feet. Even that just seems like it's just him attacking in combination with an incomprehensible speed.

Still, it looks like an attack with gameplay potential. If an opponent is caught in the area where Jiren is attacking, a kinematic cinematic can be triggered when the enemy is repeatedly hit, while Jiren gives the impression that he has barely moved.

Finally, Jiren also has a sequence where he launches the opposition with an explosion of energy. Before it explodes, he tends to turn around while crossing his arms. Then the sky is lit with its energy.

We can imagine that it will be one of his super, most likely his level three.

Although Jiren is the most powerful member of Pride Troopers, there is no evidence that he coordinates with team members during attacks. In fact, it would be contrary to his character to rely on anyone.

For this reason, it is extremely unlikely that he has a style of play similar to that of Captain Ginyu. While Captain Ginyu is calling on other members of the Ginyu Force during some special attacks, it makes no sense that Jiren asks Pride Trooper members to attack his enemies from this way.

Overall, this gives the impression that Jiren will be a very basic type of fighter in Dragon Ball FighterZ. Rather than relying on complex scenarios or avoiding tactics difficult to master, Jiren will focus on brute force.

In addition to that, there is the potential that he has a great armor attached to his movements. He is known to have completely mastered everyone with his absolute strength and power.

Given his size, he could still be a nuisance for his opponents because of strong pressure and football shoes, but nothing less orthodox. Of course, those who try to keep their distance could still have difficulties if the developers gave him access to his ability to inflict long-term damage from simple punch attacks.

We will just have to wait to see what announcements we will be in store for this weekend at the end of the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour.
