Chelsea transfer news: Victor Moses is preparing to finalize the Fenerbahce loan

Rear defender Victor Moses of Chelsea is about to complete his transfer to Fenerbahce until the end of the season.

Goal understands that the Blues hoped to be able to send the Nigerian international back to a permanent agreement during the January transfer period after his fall from the Stamford Bridge hierarchy.

Moses even refused the opportunity to move to China, and now Chelsea has opened the door for him to leave for a temporary agreement.

His current contract in West London lasts until 2021, but he failed to make an impact under Maurizio Sarri.

Moses was a key part of Antonio Conte 's team during the Premier League win at Chelsea in 2016-17 and remained a regular at the team the following year.

He flourished as a right wing in the favorite 3-4-3 system of Conte after being a full-fledged player for the Blues.

But with the pbading of Sarri to a 4-3-3 on his arrival from Naples this summer, Moses was limited to five appearances in all competitions.

He has mainly been deployed as an advanced and he will now seek to reinvigorate his career in Turkey.

Fenerbahce is fighting for training this season and is currently ranked 15th in the Super Lig rankings after winning three league games.

They are only two points from the bottom of the table and are likely to be relegated to the fore.

Moses is one of the many players that Chelsea seeks to evolve during the winter period.

Cesc Fabregas has already left for Monaco and the Ligue 1 formation is hopeful that Michy Batshuayi will join him at Stade Louis II, although they are only looking for a loan while Chelsea is looking to sell.

Alvaro Morata will also leave after agreeing to relocate to Atletico Madrid, while Gary Cahill and Danny Drinkwater are also in surplus and likely to be fired if the appropriate offer is made for their services.
