Bawku MP Mahama Ayariga warned telecommunications giant MTN not to be rushed at the request of the special prosecutor to provide details of his alleged conversation with a Ghana Revenue Authority official.
An Accra circuit court on Tuesday ordered the general manager of the Mobile Telecommunications Network (MTN) to produce an audio conversation with Mahama Ayariga, a member of Bawku Central's parliament and officer of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
The court made this order at the request of the Special Prosecutor (SP), Mr. Martin Alamisi Burns Kaiser Amidu.
