Ronda Rousey could very well get away from WWE after this year's Wrestlemania.

The former UFC superstar had a brilliant first year in professional wrestling after making his debut at the 2018 Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

But reports that will precede the 2019 edition of the protest claim that Rousey could be scheduled for a farewell tour.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer believes Rousey's goal is to leave WWE to start a family.

It is claimed that Rousey could be defeated in a championship match against Wrestlemania against Becky Lynch – and that this could be his last performance yet.

Meltzer says that no decision has yet been made as to Rousey's future, but rumors suggest that she may well be gone soon.

It is also possible that she will return in a partial role for special occasions.

"Rousey has always talked about WWE as a temporary thing, and her long-term goal was to start a family with her husband, Travis Browne, and live on his farm," wrote Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

"This has been known for a long time and Rousey is eager to start a family soon.

"It's certainly possible for her to have a role like Undertaker, John Cena or others where she sometimes comes back."

However, Rousey's future is not yet clear as the rumor says she would have signed a multi-year contract with WWE.

Rousey will face Sansa Banks for the WWE Raw Women's Championship Sunday night.
